RE: [PHP-WIN] apache

You need to be running an FTP server on your win system. I hate to bash windows, but the os is a commercialized joke for the masses. Typically speaking many of the unix OS's come standard with ftp daemons, as well as mail, tcp/ip...and heck, you name it they got it or it can be added, free in most cases. Anyways, I found the ftp war daemon to be a decent windows based ftp server for development and testing purposes.
