Apache + PHP4 = Problem

Configuration:
PHP 4.0.4 instaled in e:\php4
Apache 1.3.14 instaled in e:\apache
httpd.conf :
...
LoadModule php4_module e:/php4/sapi/php4apache.dll
...
ScriptAlias /php4/ "E:/php4/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php4 .php4 .php .php3
Action application/x-httpd-php4 "/php4/php.exe"
php.ini :
extension_dir ="e:\php4"
And it doesn't work. When i try to execute
>php.exe some.php
It works fine, and when I try to run http://hostname/test.php, then
server hungs. Every try causes that one "php" process
hangs.
Any sugestions?
