I solved my problem: I had been trying to retrieve a page with the extension php3 (i.e.. filename.php3). When I changed the extension to php (i.e.. filename.php), php4 worked fine. You would have thought I would have figured this out long ago, but I didn't. Oh well, happy it's working now. Perhaps someone else will run into the same problem and this post will help him out. Also, I moved php4ts.dll to the > WINNT/SYSTEM32 directory.
