I'm using W2K Server Edition with PHP 4.0.0 and it works great in
combination with IIS 5. I've never tried PHP with Apache web server but
i've tried PHP 3.16 on W2K. I don't still use php with zend optimization.
To make php works with w2k you just have to go to the http://www.php.net and
then to the download section, choose your nearest mirror and download the
php binaries. Put them into (hard-drive):\php4\ and then set the iis5 to
make php work. U can find all the info in the readme file contained in the
binaries release.
For w95/98 i suggest u to take the same binaries for php and the apache web
server instead of PWS. Read the apache docs and set it up.
Good work
John
