Installing PHP (ISAPI) under IIS5

Hi,
I've followed the install instructions of PHP to run under IIS4+ (isapi) but
it doesnt start, on my server i have Event Log message mentionning it is
impossible to load the php4isapi.dll
So my question is easy : i've downloaded 3 times from different computers
the full archive (zip file), is it normal that all PHP4 fit into a file of
only 20Ko ??? (php4isapi.dll installed on my server is only 20kb size) ???
Does i need something else ? (the installation procedure only mention that
i have to install this file on my server if i use ISAPI under IIS4+, but i
see that for Apache they need other files for more than 1Mb !!! why a so
bigger difference ???)
