Text Field Limitation

I'm calling the contents of a memo field in Access 97. It is several
paragraphs of information that all show up fine in Access tables and
forms. When that field is called and printed with PHP on the web with
Apache, it is truncated. A lot of it is there, but there is a
consistent amount of characters that PHP seems to allow and then it
stops.
Any idea how to get it to call the contents of the whole field?
