Do not install PWS on your system. I would strongly recomend against it. If you put it on, and the regret it, it's a real pain in the behind do get rid of... Trust me, I've learned from my mistakes. Use Apache instead. Search download com for PHP triad, they have a great developer package that installs PHP and apache on a windows pc. I think the closest thing to IIS you can get on win98 is PWS. But I would agree with Gonzalo when he says to use apache.
