odbc files problem

When I try php.exe (version 3 and 4) I always get the following error Using Microsoft NT 4 Workstation and PWS The ODBC resource DLL (C:\WINNT\System32\odbcint.dll) is a different version than the ODBC driver manager (C:\WINNT\System32\ODBC32.dll) You need to reinstall the ODBC components to ensure proper operation PRESS OK to proceed, Cancel to abort How do I reinstall those components ??? I guess through Control Panel, then Add/remove programs then Install button...question is which file(s) to start Can anybody help me. Thanks a lot David
