Charles: I suggest that you run your script from the command line and see what is going on. If something wrong happened, like an error, this output from PHP will corrupt the header and then, part of it will go to the browser as output. This is why you are seeing that information in your browser. The header ends with a double CRLF and anything after this is echoed by the browser.
