PWS-php4.reg Problems?

Can anyone tell me how to install PHP on Personal Web Server? I did the following as instructed by the readme: 1)Unzipped everything in the php-4_0_0-Win32.zip to C:\PHP 2)Copied MSVCRT.DLL and PHP4TS.DLL into the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory 3)At this point it says to edit the PWS-php4.reg (Which does not exist). I tried manually adding the key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\w3svc\parameters\Script Map] ".php"="C:\\PHP\\php4isapi.dll" But then when I try to run a .PHP page I get this following error: One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found.
