try putting this before the mail command:
ini_set("SMTP", "your.smtp.server");
(i used localhost, thats where my server is)
ini_set("sendmail_from", "user@your.domain");
(i used postmaster@localhost)
I posted this to the php list about a week ago, and it works great for me,
both on ISS5 and apache. Hope this helps!
