Hi, Sorry, I receive your and my messages to the list with the delay. It's really hard to use COM objects without any documentation but you can find some issues in the Registry. Probably, your game server doesn't contains COM objects if it is cmd.exe box application. So, you have to try to use something else. Alex. I cannnot fin out what com app. name this program has. I am trying to send commands to a gameserver while it is running and also the commands will be different depending on whats going on inside the game sever. It runs inside of a windows cmd.exe box. If I can use COM for this, How would I go about finding the COM name for it? Thanks, Josh Seward > Hi, > > > >I have been looking for a way to send commands to a windows application. > > You can do the communication with your application as with a set of COM > objects > via php scripts. > > >I can start the application and leave it running in the background. > > You do not need to start the application at the background to access the > COM-objects. > > >The application takes commands from the keyboard and I need a way to send > it commands via my php script???? > > > So, what's the problem? > > > >If anyone knows a way of doing this, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!! > > > Read the php manual to know how to operate COM. > > >Thanks, > >Josh Seward
