php4+apache+win98

when i configure apache it appears such problems as follow:
1.can`t find error.log in E£º\apache\
2.Having added
ScriptAlias /php4b3/ "E:/Php/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .php3
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .php
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .phtml
Action application/x-httpd-php3 "/Php/php.exe"
in e:\apache\conf\httpd.conf
,when run apache manager it appears¡°apache has stopped unexpectedly!"
4.when I run APACHE in dos £¬it appears
fopen:No such file or directory
Apache.exe:could not open document config file e:/apache
if anyone could be of help,i`d be most thankful!
any answer is welcome....
