Allaire Homesite has excellent PHP support for both color syntax, insight and easy creation of expressions. You can download the PHP insight and expression builder add-on at http://hshelp.com/downloads.html The file is PHP_eb15_hs45.zip. Somebody also made a nice insight/expression builder for VBScript, but I can't seem to find it today. I also use Epsilon (http://www.lugaru.com) which is a fine C++, VB, HTML, Perl, etc...etc... editor for those quick and dirty jobs and multi file mangling. Like HomeSite, Eplison is entirely extensible, and is very easy to add new functionality to.. especially if you are familiar with C syntax programming. Go to edit -> preferences -> HTML Rewriting and add your PHP extensions to the list of files next to "Never Rewrite HTML". PHP code should show up in an ASP-like invisible tag that says "php" For syntax highlighting, the best thing would be to configure an external editor for PHP files and then use something like editplus from www.editplus.com... __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
