Your problem is down to the php ISAPI module bringing down parts of IIS, thereby killing ASP. You MUST use the cgi version of PHP for reliable production use with php. Your error with include files not being found will just be a simple configuration issue - it might be to do with the location of the php scripts, the php.exe and php4ts.dll files or settings in php.ini.
