Firewall/IIS/PHP

This is really not a PHP question, but I am hoping there may be a
"network expert" on this forum. Here is my situation:
I have a firewall (WinGate 3.0.5) on a server (NT 4.0 - SP 6) connected
to my DSL. On another node connected by a non-routable IP, I have IIS
and PHP. How do I route traffic to IIS? I would like to have my
friends and clients be able to see my work in progress before loading it
on the main server.
