php.exe - Entry Point Not Found

I have NT 4 with apache 1.3.12
php3 works fine
I am trying to get php4 to work on my system, and I have configured apache
to use php4 (with .php extensions). Php3 is associated with .php3)
When I try to load a .php file I get this error:

php.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ts_resource_ex could not be located in the dynamic
link library php4ts.dll

Does any body know why this error occurs, and what I can do to get php4
working?
