I am running PHP 4.0.6 on a WinNT 4.0 system and thus (I have learned)
cannot use the MCAL library because I cannot compile PHP --with-mcal. Does
anyone know if there is another library or something that would work on a NT
system that has the same functionallity as the MCAL library?
