I have it working under IIS on the news section of my site. The links
are for /news/story.shtml/44 and after stripping the $PATH_INFO, my
database serves up article 44.
I have no problem serving it up to browsers. I'm not sure of all the
search engines, but altavista dished up a 404. Works for humans though.
