That limitation is only by license, and personally I find it kinda
ridiculous =)
Most significant (if you've got a "slow" or high-load system) may be the
size of the backlog (the number of connections that can be queued before
the server responds to them), in NTW and 9X it's 5, in NTS it's 200.
Running Win95 is a really bad idea, not only has it only have a backlog of
5 connections, but the kernel s*cks, if you're serving 4-5 people on a
local network it'll do. But for public use, you'll have to use an operating
system with more stable and effective multitasking, not to mention the
security (any kid can learn how to attack a machine running W95). =)
