I've got PHP 4.0.1pl2 working on WebSite Pro 2.4.22 with the following
configuration.
NT4 SP6a
WS 2.4.22
PHP 4.0.1pl2
Association: .php4 -> php4isapi.dll (which I put in \winnt\system32)
Content Type: .php4 -> wwwserver/isapi
The script files require a blank first line or the output will be truncated.
I have been having difficulty getting Windows COM working and have yet to
receive any help from the lists.
Let me know if I can help you further.

The change log for 4.0.1 says:

Unfortunately even 4.0.1pl2 still crashes when used
in CGI mode under O'Reilly Website Pro 2.4.22: Dr.
Watson reports an access violation in php.exe. Using
Windows NT 4.0 SP6a (German version).
Everything works fine when php.exe is invoked from
the command line.
Does anybody have an idea what causes these crashes?
Is there any known workaround?
Thanks,
Sam
