Just like to say thanks for all the help by email and from here I finally
got it working.
I did a clean install of IIS and follwed instuctions from:
www.umesd.k12.or.us/php/win32install.html
I also set up the IP correctly and the home directory path, as I havnt used
IIS before I didnt know that these had to be set-up, obviously the Manuals
expect you to know how to use IIS before you install PHP.
