PHP on a production server

Hi all Usually I develop under a windows system and ship my code over to my dedicated Linux machine. I have a client who wants to host the entire site on their own machine, which is an NT4 machine that they have in their offices. Do people really host PHP and mySQL sites under NT or is it mainly for development? This might sound naive, but had to ask :) If so, are there any pointers that I need to look for, problems, suggestions etc? Thanks in advance Ade inovica.com
