Your question is somewhat confusing to me. If you are asking whether a PHP
script can be run from the commandline, the answer is yes. It would help if
you specified an operating system, but I assume Windows. Try
c:\directory_where_php_is\php.exe (you may have phpts.exe) filename.php . I
don't understand the rest of your question if there is more, please restate
it more clearly or give an example.
