Running dual Apache and IIS

Well, I've had it with the isapi module and am feeling a bit of a crunch here. I'm getting it from all sides and am starting to think that I should have just gone with ASP with our Oracle db as an ODBC source and been done with it. Since it seems impossible to make the isapi module work, I'm going to try running Apache on a separate port so that I can get the Plogon functions from the OCI8 module to work. Is anyone else doing something like this? I remember 'someone' running both IIS and Apache on a server and having Apache listen to a specific port, but I don't remember who. If anyone has some experience with this, could you drop me a note? Thanks, John P.S. Has someone added a function called format_phone to PHP?
