: Action application/x-httpd-php3 "/php/php.exe"
This will very easily simplify to:
scriptalias /php/ c:/php/
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .php3 .php .phtml
AddType application/x-tar .tgz
Action application/x-httpd-php3 "/php/php.exe"
There's no need to repeat the lines.
