Installing CURL

I cannot use curl libraru with wondows PHP. It always reports error:
PHP Warning: Unable to load dynamic library
'c:\php\extensions\php_curl.dll' -
One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found.
in Unknown on line 0
dll islocated where it should be, other dlls are in the
same directory and are loaded with no problems.
Can anybody help me?
