What do you mean? If you mean that index.php3 is just spewing out the raw
source code then it's because you don't have
ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/php/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php3
Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php.exe"
in your apache conf file.
