It's been the same here for me for the last 16+ months. To the point where Gmail refuses some emails, causing the bounce to be processed by mailman as a total failure, and in many cases requiring me to re-subscribe because of the bounces knocking me off the list. It seems to be only since Nilgün has been committing to the SVN repository. Commits by Nilgün to CVS have been reported fine.
It turns out that this was being caused by an inconsistency in the user database on master. I've put a (very ugly) hack in commit-email.php to make things come through cleanly. -- Gwynne
