Is it possible for the svnclean-work target to check if a .svn
directory exists before performing svn propget? Currently, if someone
is using git they will get spammed with "svn: '.' is not a working
copy" when running buildconf. This is also a problem if someone is
does and svn export and then tries to build.
If the patch below is acceptable, a gitclean-work target can also be
made that checks for a .git/ directory as well. This would help those
using git svn and ease future migration issues to git.
