Hi!
My suggestion is to import everything to SVN, and then keep the tarball of the entire CVS repo somewhere. This tarball could potentially also live in a corner of the SVN tree. Why not keep working r/o CVS? There could be some checkouts for some time that use older versions, and one may want to update those checkouts from latest branch, even if the branch itself is not updated anymore. I know one could move to SVN but it's be a major headache, especially if you had some private stuff in the same place. I don't see how read-only CVS would hurt anyone - provided it is knows it's not active. -- Stanislav Malyshev, Zend Software Architect stas@zend.com http://www.zend.com/ (408)253-8829 MSN: stas@zend.com
