Is there some list on the Wiki where you register the minimum versions of third party libraries and sdk's needed on Windows to properly build php?

Just 'build' would be good :) If there isn't such a list, there definitely should be. Preferably with links. All we know is that the SDK we've been told we need now for VC6 doesn't include an OBDC upgrade this side of 1998 (original release), and it was obvious you were working against one that did. Is there any way to just get the ODBC lib(s)/headers? The rest of the SDK must be correct, PHP builds without further problems and the compiler warnings match those on Pierre's snapshot logs. If we can't do that, how about #if #else depending on ODBC version? Thanks, - Steph
