Everything comes with the platform SDK. It installs all SDKs in a sane
and clean way. It has the tools and the batch to extract the cab, etc.

But if you like to install all SDKs manually, fine, have fun :)
Sorry, my bad. I thought this was a group project. Some members of the group (including both myself and Elizabeth) have obviously not had any success with the link provided. I'm suggesting an alternative, is all.
