Hello, I have a problem with sending the e-mail. Everything works fine, but when I trying to send e-mail with the dot in the sender field, the e-mail don't go out. Look at this: $From = "Sklep Orange pl samsung-mobile pl <admin@samsung-mobile.pl>"; working fine $From = "Sklep Orange.pl samsung-mobile.pl <admin@samsung-mobile.pl>"; dont working What's wrong?! This is the script: $subject = "temat test"; $mailmsg = 'testowo'; $From = "Sklep Orange.pl samsung-mobile.pl <admin@samsung-mobile.pl>"; $To = $email; $recipients = $email; $headers["From"] = $From; $headers["To"] = $To; $headers["Subject"] = $subject; $headers["Reply-To"] = "admin@samsung-mobile.pl"; $headers["Content-Type"] = "text/html; iso-8859-2"; $headers["Return-path"] = "admin@samsung-mobile.pl"; $smtpinfo["host"] = "----------"; $smtpinfo["port"] = "25"; $smtpinfo["auth"] = true; $smtpinfo["username"] = "----------"; $smtpinfo["password"] = "------------"; $mail_object =& Mail::factory("smtp", $smtpinfo); $mail_object->send($recipients, $headers, $mailmsg); --- Jakub Krezel
Looks like you may have found a bug. Try backslashing the periods. And look at urlencode()
