I'm running php 5.1 under suexec in apache2, hence I'm not using
mod_php. Suexec requires that each new requests gets forked off and
execed, running under it's own uid/gid, so it uses the CLI version of
php.
However, php -i and phpinfo() report that APC is enabled.
But I wonder, is APC useful in this environment? Can it actually
cache anything when run like this?
