I just installed ApacheTriad for Windows (Apache, PHP, PEAR, mySQL).
I would like to use the PECL email filter: and can not find documentation on
how to enable PECL. I don't know if this is a seperate library or part of
PEAR.

I ran the Windows ApacheTriad install and the PEAR library is installed. I
don't know how to access any PEAR functions. I read that PECL is a sub
library of PEAR.
I have gone to the http://pecl.php.net/support.php
No instructions for a WINDOWS install or config ...
Can any one help?
