This bug has been fixed in CVS.
Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at

Was a problem with the filter extension.

magic_quotes_gpc = On"
get_magic_quotes_gpc() returns true.
But a $_REQUEST contains data without quotes.
I think, best solution of this bug is deprication this funny directive
