php.ini = php.ini-dist
"; Magic quotes for incoming GET/POST/Cookie data.
magic_quotes_gpc = On"
get_magic_quotes_gpc() returns true.
But a $_REQUEST contains data without quotes.
I think, best solution of this bug is deprication this funny directive
