When attempting to go to http://localhost/~user/ a 404 Not Found error occurs. I can't find *any* documentation on what to set that directive to. I've tried "public_html", "C:\Documents and Settings", and "C:\Documents and Settings\*\public_html". None of which produced the desired results. I'm using IIS 6 to serve PHP 4.4.2 files.
