#39208 [NEW]: put the php.ini in c:\windows problems

From: zhao_siyan at worksoft dot com dot cn Operating system: windows2003 PHP version: 5.1.6 PHP Bug Type: *General Issues Bug description: put the php.ini in c:\windows problems Description: ------------ I setup php5.1.6 in apache2.0.59 and I put the c:\windows\system32 is ok,but in phpinfo shows php.ini should be c:\windows\,then I changed to c:\windows\ and php file can not be parsed. Although in c:\windows\system32 is ok,any changed set not be effect on php system.
