I setup php5.1.6 in apache2.0.59 and I put the c:\windows\system32 is
ok,but in phpinfo shows php.ini should be c:\windows\,then I changed to
c:\windows\ and php file can not be parsed.
Although in c:\windows\system32 is ok,any changed set not be effect on
php system. I don't know why
