#41275 [NEW]: php_openssl.dll will not load

The follow error is in the Apache error log: PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\\php\\ext\\php_openssl.dll' - The operating system cannot run %1.\r\n in Unknown on line 0 In the exact same configuration, using PHP 5.2.1, php_openssl.dll loaded correctly.
