Web Sites - properties
- Home directory - Application settings
Configuration
Application extensions
.php "C:\Program Files\PHP\\php5isapi.dll"
change in:
.php "C:\Program Files\PHP\php5isapi.dll"
problem solved
This problem is not in 5.2.1
So is it still my fault or are you going to fix the installer?

It means you've misconfigured IIS since 404 Not Found is clearly not
PHP problem.

So if one installation works out of the box and the other doesn't the
bug is bogus.
Nice to know.

of reports we can not explain in detail here why your report is not
a bug. The support channels will be able to provide an explanation
for you.
