You can define your own error handler to log whatever format you need.

solution is: log more useful information for "log to file"

when log to file
we got only:
[20-Jun-2002 16:11:42] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function:
foo() in /usr/htdocs/abc.php on line 10
time/reason/file/line
but not $PHP_SELF and $_SERVER['QUERY_STRING']
when we have many file included "abc.php"
we don't know which url to reproduce the error
