I just found that isapi has been dropped.
Please ignore this while I go and figure out how to set up php on iis6
without using the methods that proliferate the net.

After extracting the zip file php-5.3.0-Win32-VC9-x86.zip or after
installing the MSI package php-5.3.0-Win32-VC9-x86.msi there is no file
called php5isapi.dll.
The source files for php5isapi are included in the source archive so it
would appear that the binaries did not complile correctly.
