Bug description: Users taking other user sessions
Description:

I have wrote an application that i installed on windows server 2003.The
problem is that some users are taking other user session.Thus,If a user is
a logged in suddenly he gets switched to another user.The same php
configuration and same application are installed on other clients and its
working fine.
