PHP Bug Type: Session related
Bug description: Sessions are restarted..
Sessions are restarted everytime session_start() is called if
session.cookie_lifetime is not zero.
It seems that php does not send a cookie if session.cookie_lifetime is not
zero.
But when you set it to zero everything looks working fine.
