From: ilia@prohost.org Operating system: Linux 2.4.17 PHP version: 4.2.1 PHP Bug Type: *Web Server problem Bug description: $_POST and $HTTP_POST_VARS are not exported When 'file_upload' setting in php.ini set to Off, then any form submited via POST with 'enctype="multipart/form-data"' in its defenition will not export $_POST and $HTTP_POST_VARS on submission.
