Bug #15830: configure recognize lib mcrypt 2.4 as 2.2

From: alextxm@tin.it Operating system: RedHat Linux 7.2 PHP version: 4.1.2 PHP Bug Type: mcrypt related Bug description: configure recognize lib mcrypt 2.4 as 2.2 configure in php 4.1.2 will recognize libmcrypt 2.4.x (tested with libmcrypt 2.4.15/16 and 22) as libmcrypt 2.2.x.
