Bug #18506: cli link fails using --with-imap-ssl

From: magneto@dirac.cchem.berkeley.edu Operating system: linux (redhat 7.3) PHP version: 4.2.2 PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure Bug description: cli link fails using --with-imap-ssl A link failure occurs at the last step of the php make sequence when trying to compile the cli (php executable) option.
